實驗內容:基于壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)疊(die)堆(dui)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)非共振式(shi)(shi)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)直線電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)性能測(ce)試,壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)直線電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)結構(gou)使(shi)用(yong)二級放大(da)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou),對壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)疊(die)堆(dui)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出位(wei)移進(jin)行放大(da),同時(shi)該結構(gou)采用(yong)交替驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)方式(shi)(shi)以提(ti)高驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器定(ding)(ding)子的(de)(de)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)效率(lv)。使(shi)用(yong)方波(bo)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號作為激(ji)勵(li)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號,定(ding)(ding)子驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)足(zu)通過摩擦力驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)導軌運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),對該電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出性能進(jin)行測(ce)試,同時(shi)得(de)到激(ji)勵(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號的(de)(de)最佳頻率(lv)

實驗過程:電(dian)(dian)機(ji)定子使用(yong)(yong)螺(luo)栓固(gu)定在底座上,通(tong)過千分尺對(dui)導(dao)軌施加預緊(jin)力。非共振式(shi)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)直(zhi)線電(dian)(dian)機(ji)需要兩(liang)相信(xin)(xin)號驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)定子工(gong)作(zuo),利用(yong)(yong)信(xin)(xin)號發(fa)生(sheng)器,ATA-4051功率放(fang)大器,磁(ci)柵(zha)尺位移傳感器搭建實驗平(ping)臺,用(yong)(yong)來測試電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的輸出性能。使用(yong)(yong)信(xin)(xin)號發(fa)生(sheng)器生(sheng)成(cheng)方波信(xin)(xin)號,通(tong)過功率放(fang)大器放(fang)大后驅動(dong)定子工(gong)作(zuo)。使用(yong)(yong)磁(ci)柵(zha)尺傳感器測量導(dao)軌的運動(dong)位移,采用(yong)(yong)半物理(li)仿真系統對(dui)數據(ju)進(jin)行(xing)采集。
實(shi)驗結果(guo)(guo):對(dui)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)疊堆施(shi)加(jia)135V電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,通過(guo)改(gai)變頻(pin)率(lv)以得到不同頻(pin)率(lv)下(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)性(xing)能(neng),實(shi)驗結果(guo)(guo)表明(ming)(ming),電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)在施(shi)加(jia)70Hz頻(pin)率(lv)下(xia)(xia),輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)性(xing)能(neng)達(da)(da)到最高,在70Hz頻(pin)率(lv)之后,電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)性(xing)能(neng)開始逐(zhu)漸降(jiang)低(di),這是由于(yu)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)疊堆的(de)(de)(de)遲滯(zhi)現(xian)象以及定子自(zi)身產生的(de)(de)(de)阻尼造(zao)成的(de)(de)(de)。實(shi)驗結果(guo)(guo)表明(ming)(ming)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)在70Hz頻(pin)率(lv)下(xia)(xia)性(xing)能(neng)達(da)(da)到最優。其次,通過(guo)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)施(shi)加(jia)70Hz頻(pin)率(lv),通過(guo)改(gai)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓大小,得到不同電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓下(xia)(xia),電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)性(xing)能(neng),實(shi)驗結果(guo)(guo)表明(ming)(ming),電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)在60V電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓之后具有良好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)線(xian)性(xing)度,在135V電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓下(xia)(xia),電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)速度達(da)(da)到最大,為5.53mm/s,先比(bi)較于(yu)其他非(fei)共(gong)振式壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)直(zhi)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),具有更大的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)速度。
