二、總體架構:
智能(neng)灌(guan)溉(gai)系統可實(shi)現(xian)對農田水(shui)利(li)信(xin)息(xi)的(de)管(guan)理,對灌(guan)溉(gai)機井、提(ti)水(shui)泵站、地下水(shui)位(wei)、降雨(yu)量、土壤(rang)含(han)水(shui)量、圖像等數(shu)據的(de)實(shi)時監測,并通(tong)過GPRS網絡將數(shu)據傳(chuan)輸到縣水(shui)利(li)局信(xin)息(xi)中(zhong)心,由信(xin)息(xi)中(zhong)心的(de)軟(ruan)件平臺(tai)完成數(shu)據的(de)處理和分(fen)析,并能(neng)方(fang)便的(de)進行各種統計和查詢,及時掌握灌(guan)溉(gai)水(shui)量、地下水(shui)位(wei)、降雨(yu)量、土壤(rang)墑情和灌(guan)區(qu)視頻信(xin)息(xi),為生產、抗旱、防汛工作提(ti)供決策依據。
結合(he)智能灌溉管理信(xin)息(xi)化工程建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)的實際需求及現狀,該系統(tong)主要包括以下(xia)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)內容:縣級水利(li)局信(xin)息(xi)中心軟硬件(jian)平臺的建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)、監測站(zhan)點(dian)的建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)、機井和泵站(zhan)自動(dong)化控制系統(tong)的建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)。
三、軟硬件平臺的建設:
軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)支撐平(ping)臺(tai)主要包含(han)操作系(xi)統(tong)、數據庫系(xi)統(tong)、防病毒軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)、網絡管理軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)、GIS平(ping)臺(tai)和農田智能灌溉管理信息(xi)化(hua)系(xi)統(tong)軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)的安裝與調試(shi)。硬件(jian)支撐平(ping)臺(tai)的建設(she)主要包括(kuo)服(fu)務器(qi)(qi)、防火墻(qiang)、路(lu)由器(qi)(qi)、交換機、工作站、UPS電源、GIS定(ding)位設(she)備、LED顯示(shi)屏和大屏幕投影設(she)備安裝和調試(shi),是軟(ruan)(ruan)件(jian)系(xi)統(tong)運行(xing)的基礎。
四、機井和泵站自動化控制系統:
1、機井射(she)頻(pin)卡灌(guan)溉控制(zhi)子系(xi)統
機(ji)井(jing)射(she)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)卡灌溉控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統主要(yao)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)對(dui)機(ji)井(jing)水泵的啟停、計(ji)費(fei)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),由射(she)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)卡控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)、電(dian)(dian)動機(ji)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)裝置、遙控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)、充值(zhi)管(guan)理機(ji)等(deng)組成。其中射(she)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)卡控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)對(dui)機(ji)井(jing)水泵的控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),并實(shi)(shi)現(xian)計(ji)費(fei)功能(neng)。電(dian)(dian)動機(ji)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)裝置實(shi)(shi)現(xian)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)動機(ji)的保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu),如缺相、過載(zai)等(deng)。遙控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)可實(shi)(shi)現(xian)1KM范圍內對(dui)水泵的遙控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)操(cao)作,充值(zhi)管(guan)理機(ji)用于對(dui)射(she)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)卡進(jin)行充值(zhi)管(guan)理。
2、泵站(zhan)自動化控制(zhi)子(zi)系統
泵(beng)(beng)站自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)主要(yao)實現(xian)對提水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)站的(de)自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),由可編程控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)、顯示觸摸屏、智能(neng)(neng)(neng)變頻柜、流量(liang)計、壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)變送器(qi)、電量(liang)模(mo)塊等(deng)。實現(xian)對灌(guan)溉管道的(de)恒定壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),其自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)主要(yao)有:變頻恒壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)水(shui)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)、避雷(lei)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)、無人值守功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)、故障處理功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)、PLC儀(yi)表自控(kong)(kong)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)等(deng)。
五、系統軟件介紹:
軟(ruan)件功(gong)能(neng)主要涵蓋基(ji)礎信息管(guan)理(li)、物資(zi)管(guan)理(li)、運行監測管(guan)理(li)、綜合調(diao)度、統計(ji)報表、分析(xi)預測等功(gong)能(neng)。
智能(neng)(neng)灌(guan)溉(gai)系統通過預警模型對相(xiang)關位置土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)墑情監(jian)測(ce)站(zhan)的(de)(de)土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)水分數據進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)分析,并(bing)對土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)水分不達(da)標(biao)的(de)(de)土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)墑情監(jian)測(ce)站(zhan)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)自(zi)動(dong)預警,啟(qi)動(dong)智能(neng)(neng)灌(guan)溉(gai)功能(neng)(neng)。通過自(zi)動(dong)灌(guan)溉(gai)模型分析土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)墑情監(jian)測(ce)站(zhan)所在(zai)位置的(de)(de)泵(beng)站(zhan),水源是否滿(man)足灌(guan)溉(gai)要求,灌(guan)溉(gai)設(she)備是否正常,若滿(man)足相(xiang)關條件(jian),調度系統自(zi)動(dong)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)智能(neng)(neng)提(ti)醒,并(bing)根據操作權限開啟(qi)水泵(beng)及噴(pen)灌(guan)設(she)備進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)智能(neng)(neng)灌(guan)溉(gai)。
